What is the difference between a regular shirt and a premium shirt?
Great question! A regular shirt is still a high quality shirt, but not as high quality as a premium. Regular shirts are made with Gildan Brand, while premium is made with Comfort Colors. Comfort colors is known to be more soft and comfortable, but with that comes a higher cost. I love both shirts & have both in my closet. I mainly created the two options for people that maybe are on a budget or want to get more bang for their buck and get gifts for groups of people.

For non-US orders, customs fees and/or VAT might be charged when you receive your package, depending on your country. You are liable for whatever fees your country charges to import packages. If your order is returned to me due to failure to pay a charge or tax, I won't reship your order, unless you are willing to pay for shipping again.
Where are you shipping from?
I package and ship from Texas, USA. I exclusively use USPS to ship my orders.
How long does it take for an order to ship out?
All orders will be shipped between 4-10 business days for in-stock items. When your order is shipped out, you'll receive an email. I typically ship orders once a week.
Where is my order? I preordered pins a month ago and have still not received them.
Due to the current global health crisis, COVID-19, production times may vary. Please be aware that shipping times may be lengthened due to several factors - lack of postal employees, pandemic, etc. Usually a batch of 150 pins (of one design) can take 2-3 months to produce. Pins are then shipped to me, sorted by grade, and backed on to cardstock and packaged for shipment. This process can take up to 4 months. Please be patient or wait for in-stocks! Unfortunately, I will not refund due to buyer's remorse.
Pre-ordering pins guarantees you the best pins in the batch. Please expect a standard grade pin with at most some minor scuffs due to being packaged and sent from across the globe.
I try to give as many updates as possible on my Instagram stories so please check out my preorder update highlights for constant updates. Also if you order in-stock items with preorder items everything will ship together once the preorder item has arrived. If you wish to receive the in-stock items earlier please make 2 separate orders.
How long does it take to get my item after you ship?
Domestic: 3-7 business days depending on USPS.
International: Can vary between 2-6 weeks.
If your order takes longer than 6 weeks internationally, please contact me.
Please keep in mind, due to COVID-19, shipments are subject to delays, so please be patient!
Does your store ship to the UK?
Yes, I ship to the UK & EU. HOWEVER, duties/taxes will not be collected at checkout. You are responsible for paying the VAT once your package arrives in your country. If you would like VAT to be collected before try using my ETSY as they take care of VAT there.
Can you combine shipping or hold my order?
Yes I can!
If you have multiple orders with me and you want to combine shipping, please fill out a contact form with your order numbers and your request. I'll refund the extra shipping cost for you.
If you want me to hold your order (if you are going out of town for, etc), just leave a note in your order during checkout and/or fill out a contact form ASAP so I know to hold it. Please leave an estimated date of when you want me to ship it out.
What are your Return & Exchange Policy?
All sales are final.
Please commit to the items you are ordering. If you receive the wrong item, or your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact me through here or email me at 95cloudsco@gmail.com
All returns & exchanges will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. If you issue a chargeback without consulting with me, you will be blacklisted from ordering from me.
What is your policy for lost, missing, or returned mail?
Lost mail is handled on a case-by-case basis. I advise you to contact your local post office or carrier if your tracking doesn't update after a certain point.
Feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.
If mail is returned to me due to incorrect address input, you have the option for me to resend it (with a repayment of the shipping fee)
Please be aware I am NOT responsible for any customs fee placed on your package (if international), and if your package is held at the post office please retrieve it to avoid it being returned to me.
